This 24 hour – 7 day service is superb for answering your calls at any time and obtaining information from the caller. In addition, messages can be faxed to the client daily. Other services and enhanced packages are available that provide appointment scheduling, calls to clients for appointment reminders, dealer locator information, emergency response services, multiple dispatching to several people with the same message. It also provides basic information about the client to the caller. Messages can be dispatched to pagers or cell phones; and/or, they can be stored and retrieved later.
Calls are processed by "live" operators whose responsibility is to greet the caller in the client’s name or business name. The operator will obtain the caller’s name, address if necessary, phone number and a very brief message. Upon completion of the call, the operator either will place the essence of the message in a complimentary voice mail box from which the client can retrieve messages; or, the Operator will page out or telephone the client with the message; or, cause the message to be E-Mailed or faxed to the client; all of which are the client’s option. Some options require an additional fee.
